Putnam Public Library recently issued the following announcement.

Tina's Tiny Tots is an active, fun program for children birth - 3. Children will enjoy songs with movement, activities and an age appropriate story.
Families are required to bring a blanket to sit/stand on.
Due to space limitations, REGISTRATION is REQUIRED.
