Make a cool and refreshing snack with Food Explorers! We’ll be whipping up some fresh Pineapple Salsa with homemade sweet tortillas. Join us on Zoom! For grades K-5.
You will need the following ingredients:
- Pineapple, diced – 3 Cups (~1 pineapple)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- Red Onion, diced – ¼ Cup (~½ red onion)
- Cilantro, chopped – ¼ Cup
- Juice from 2 Limes
- Pinch of salt
