This month’s Family Take & Make asks you to write your own spooky story! Included in each kit are contest rules, a small cardboard fire, and a spooky book for inspiration. Once you have written your story it is time to sit by the “fire” at our special Family Event—Spooky Stories to Tell in the Day on October 29th at 12 PM. Participants will tell the story they’ve created or have Mrs. Tricia read their entry aloud, and then we will vote on a winner. Children can participate individually or the entire family can work together on one entry. We are so excited to see what you come up with!
