My Home CT Information | Town of Woodstock
Below is information regarding the MyHomeCT grant being administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
The goal of MyHomeCT is to help eligible CT homeowners who have experienced a COVID-19 related financial hardship. The grant can assist with mortgage delinquencies, non-escrowed real estate taxes, water/sewer liens, condominium, and homeowners' association fees, etc. To qualify, the homeowner must live in CT and reside on the property.
Homeowners can apply online at https://www.chfa.org/myhomect/ or call 877-894-4111 for assistance in completing the application.
